Delhi NCR sits at 28.61°N, 77.21°E. Serving it Delhi's sunrise would put every muhurat on the page out by minutes, and a muhurat that is out by minutes has stopped being a muhurat. So Trikaal Vaani computes Delhi NCR from Delhi NCR's own coordinates, using Swiss Ephemeris positions rather than tabulated approximations.
